1.Material winding
The filter material (such as glass fiber, polyester fiber, metal wire) is tightly wound on the filter element skeleton in a spiral or cross manner to form a multi-layer filter structure.
It supports different winding densities (mesh counts) and pitch adjustments to meet different precision requirements (such as 0.1μm~100μm filtration levels).
2.Tension control
The servo system precisely controls the tension of the filter material to ensure uniform winding without wrinkles, thus avoiding the decrease of filtration efficiency due to uneven tension.
3.Winding parameters (speed, number of layers, start/end position) can be preset to support batch production consistency.
